Crossfire Action... and the Tabletop Commanders

In preparation for a Crossfire battle I will be hosting this weekend for the Tabletop Commanders, I have managed to get in a few games this past weekend. Great set of rules if you are looking for a realistic, fast-paced game focused on infantry in WW II. Battles start and flow very realistically - players really feel like commanders in a battle.

These rules came about in the late 90's, and are still available in printed format - On Military Matters carries them here in the U.S. Perfect for company and battalion level battles where infantry are the focus - tanks, off-board artillery, and vehicles are also catered for. I should have more reports and pics up using this set of rules soon in the future. However, there will be a LIVE YouTube event this weekend as well. OI will be sure to post the link around that time so you can have a watch. Otherwise, keep tabs on my YouTube channel.

If you are interested in watching some of the LIVE events we have done with the Tabletop Commanders group, check out the YouTube playlist at the link below:

Here are some pics of my practice sessions featuring U.S. and German forces.
